Atticus' Legacy Review of Frontier's closing account process after someone dies = 9/10 stars
Frontier gets solid marks for their closing account process after someone dies, mainly because they have a policy in place and it's apart of their terms and conditions. This is evidence that just because an airline is low cost, doesn't mean it isn't devoted to diverse customer needs. Frontier's policy is very accommodating, and gives customers the feeling that they want these miles used by family members of their account holders. If only you could get cash for miles, or maybe Frontier could celebrate the process a little better. Hopefully, after receiving this less than perfect mark they'll write one for their clients.
