Atticus' Legacy Review of LinkedIn's closing account process after someone dies = 7/10 stars
LinkedIn gets pretty good marks for its handling of the closing account process, as they make it easy for people to login and close accounts. They also have a process in place for non-users and people unable to find login information, and have a webpage devoted to it. LinkedIn loses some points however, for not having a legacy function for current users, nor a means to "memorialize" a page. With so much of our professional life being integrated into our personal lives LinkedIn might want to take a look at this process one more time. Hopefully, after receiving this less than perfect mark they'll write one for their clients.
