Atticus' Legacy Review of Hulu's closing account process after someone dies = 6/10 stars
Hulu gets slightly above average marks for their process around closing accounts after someone dies, as they make it pretty hassle free to close an account, provided you have the correct information. There complicated billing structure also complicates the process, but Hulu does provide instructions and resources if a person encounters third party billing. Hulu mainly loses out on points because they don't have a clear policy around a deceased subscriber, don't have a webpage devoted to the policy and the phone number they provided for customer service doesn't work. Hopefully, after receiving this less than perfect mark they'll write one for their clients.
