Move out of county before you try and get a divorce in Washinton county. 3rd judge canceled my divorce (going on 2 years) trial the night before because of a court scheduling error. And now a 4th judge as been assigned to my divorce🙄 New trial date 3 months later is the best they could come up with. Assigned to a judge not even sworn in yet.... My kids are subjected to some emotional abuse to the point where CPS has been called multiple times and they now they will be subjected to more negativity because the court felt fit to delay the trial another few months. Really just some poor decision making all the way around. System is broken and extremely dysfunctional in Washinton County.
