The blonde lady with shoulder length hair in probate was not only very rude to me but was absolutely no help in answering my questions.

There is something deeply wrong with the security there. They either can be nice and friendly. Or just plain rude and abusing authority. I understand you have to do your job but when you start acting like everyone that walks in there is a criminal than you aren’t doing it correctly. This was the second time I had went to the court for friend of the court and was questioned like I had done something wrong. And all I was doing was trying to pay them. I’m not sure about the whole court but the security is what makes me have a bad taste in my mouth. Nobody needs to be lectured when you are just trying to do the right thing.
