You guys need to make it more convenient for people who have to work. it gets ridiculous still sitting here 45 minutes after court was supposed to be in session, and also the fact that the judge takes 20 minute breaks in the middle of court. you guys need to get a better system.

Finally decided to get my passport (woohoo!) and everyone in Omaha said "Go to Sarpy County, they're WAY faster". So I did! Not only was in and out, quick and convenient but literally everyone inside that I spoke to while I navigated through the building was so incredibly nice. From the security entrance to the clerks and then down to the passport office it was a breeze - and a pleasant one at that! Sounds silly but truly the experience made my day; how often do you get that many nice, helpful people who are working all in once place?! Good job, Sarpy!
