Judge Goodwin looked over my sons birth certificate the day his mother tried to give custody to her mother and didnt see he had a dad.... who was actively involved in his life. Becauae the grandmother lied and said I was not. She awarded the grandmother custody, without my REQUIRED SIGNATURE AND PERMISSION per ky due process for granting gaurdianship. ULTIMATELY ENDED WITH ME NEVER SEEING MY SON AGAIN AND A $100,000 DEBT. SHE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMMEDIATELY RECTIFY HER DECISION AND INSTEAD RECUSED HERSELF because she had the mother in law arrested and imprisoned for 2 days for PURGURY 10 YEARS PRIOR IN A LITITAGATION WHEN SHE WAS THE OPPOSING ATTORNEY!!!! AND LIKE I SAID I NEVER HAVE SEEN HIM AGAIN AND IM OUT 40 GRAND AND AN 80K DEBT TO ATTORNEYS!!!!!!! OH AND THE MOTHER IN LAW ONA COLLETTE HULL BESIDES LYING IN COURT 10 YEARS PRIOR(PROVEN WITH CONTEMPT OF COURT FOR THE PURGURY)LYING IN COURT GET ILLEGAL GUARDIANSHIP OF MY SON(WHICH SPECIFICALLY VIOLATES KENTUCKY PENAL CODE FOR CLASS D FELONY CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE, AND MORE PURGURY OFCOURSE) LIED AGAIN IN HER DEPOSITION AND TO THE JUDGES FACE AND SAID HER KIDS WERENT TAKEN FROM CPS.... THATS RIGHT BESIDES EVERYTHING ELSE SHE LOST CUSTODY OF HER OLDEST DAUGHTER 1 TIME AND YOUNGEST DAUGHTER 2 TIMES.... THE LAST TIME EMERGENCY CUSTODY TO MY MOTHER AFTER SHE BEAT HER PREGNANT STOMACH WITH A BROOM HANDLE.... BUT THE JUDGE DIDNT EVEN LOOK INTO HER BACKGROUND APPARENTLY BEFORE ILLEGALLY HANDING HER MY SON!!!!!
