The absolute worst. I drove my family to Florida from Michigan. We stayed in Macon, GA after driving 16 hours and my kids are 1 and 3. We all didn't get more than 2 hours of sleep. It was a nightmare of a night. I was caught speeding early that next morning, and I was truthful about not looking down at my speed for awhile and didn't realize how fast I was going. My ticket was $530!!!! But that's not where I have a problem. The officer says you need to go to this website on the ticket (he circles it) and ask for a reduction of the fine since it will be a big one. I go to the site to ask for a reduction, and write a nice letter about how we like driving through Georgia on our way to Florida. I get an e-mail back 2 weeks later saying I now owe AN EXTRA $200 now a COMBINED $730. The woman at Cook County tells me they don't reduce fines so it was a miscommunication between me and the officer. No, it was a point blank understanding. This officer was straightforward about it and even circled it and said "a reduction for the fine". Now, because I listened to his advice I pay an extra $200 in "Court Costs". How ridiculous is this? On top of that, he wrote me for a 94 in a 70, and in section 2 of the ticket he classifies it for 26-35 mph over which is wrong - - - it's 24mph over (94-70). The woman on the phone tells me the classification doesn't determine the fine (okay? the ticket is still flawed). Either way, asking for a reduction will ONLY make costs go up. This is the lesson here, and also don't listen to any Cook County cops. Don't ask for a reduction, and don't listen to the cops there. Yes, I was in the wrong for speeding, but like my fellow friends that are cops here in Michigan, it happens! I admitted I was wrong for speeding, but was shown no leniency despite my record. Things are screwed up in Georgia with the outrageous costs by their government. We will be indeed flying next time, you won't get any of my tourist money this time. - From a hard working family in Michigan.

If I could I would give no stars .. They are no helpful, rude, when you do get help they transfer you to a department that does not have anything to do with your case they give you wrong . numbers. They dont answer the phone.. How is any one during pandimic even outside of state is suppose to get assistance... When doing efile you get a response from the efile for date of court room judge time but no number or link..

Hmm... seems we're having a hard time finding a registered probate clerk for this location, but we'd really appreciate you dropping us a note if you have a recommended probate clerk or probate judge in mind for us to add for this location:  support@weareatticus.com
