Called to pay my ticket, was informed of the wrong amount so when I called to make the payment it was rejected for an incorrect amount. This could have turned into a serious issue if I didn’t catch it in time and see my emails stating the refund was issued. Staff needs to be more on top of it and not give out misinformation. Could’ve had an arrest warrant for failure to pay if I didn’t catch it in time all because someone didn’t do their job properly.
