Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.

Reviews of the Placer County Superior Court of Roseville
They did not even answer the phone. I was not able to access my case information online and their was a prompt to contact them instead so I tried to call them as I have twice before and also did Not reach a human being. I have been on hold now for 56 minutes and getting impatient. If they were on lunch they should indicate the times on their phone message announcing they will not be accepting any call during that specific hour. Absolutely tedious situation trying to get help from these people. Don’t they want me to pay my ticket so They can get their money ?!?!? It’s never been so hard to give someone my money! Too bad I can’t add a photo of my wait time.
Can’t even answer the phone I been holding for 2 hours the dmv quicker than this smh 🤬
The clerks need to do better about their efficiency and time. When you have people waiting 2 or more hours to be called with only 5 people in the room, it tells the community you don't value their time or their purpose for being there. These people have jobs, struggles, and real life commitments just like you. Subjecting them to wait through your "breaks" while they put their lives on hold to address issues (I'm sure they don't want to deal with) is cruel. The lack of regard shown for people is astounding. We are ALL expected to perform our job in a manner that best serves our clients and/or community. If we didn't, we would be fired. The fact that the same culture and work ethics are not instilled with those working for the judicial system is why people continue to have such severe mistrust and disrespect for those working in it. Be accountable and do better!
Terrible court. I can’t say anything about anything other than family law. But man the commissioners are always unfair and rude. Commissioner Hollie is lackey. That dude doesn’t seem to know anything about actual laws and made terrible decisions in my case. Will be switching to an actual JUDGE. Cowardly behavior.
