Unpredictable. Avoid Essex Probate and Family Court. There is a very corrupt operation happening in this court. The judge appointed an attorney with conflict of interests, but luckily recused herself, having to ask for 11 restraining order extensions in 5 years, the judge allowed illegally obtained medical records, and your hearing time always means you will be in court until 4pm waiting to heard. Guaranteed that this court will be unpredictable.
Another fishy foxy game played against clients by the Salem prolate court’s staff . “We have sent you a notice in the mail check with the post office!”. Every single day I discover how rubbish they are. Imagine when you are not able to see your kids for months because of the propaganda this kind of wolves came with it every single time !
Ive never been in a probate court so unorganized,unethical and incompetent like this one.they are extremely bias and the clerks are rude,misleading and misinform quite often and are well known to lose important documents and have you file the same forms all over again because they are so forgetful and terrible at doing their jobs.No punctuality whatsoever.I seen them lock fathers up the same day just because they owed barely a grand in child support.Yet i seen them allow proven abusive unfit mothers maintain full custody without a single charge filed against them no matter how much proof or how much more responsible the fathers clearly were.The probation mediator that assisted my case was gender bias and a joke.I felt as if i was speaking to a one sided wall when explaining my case.The security officers there i must say.Do a wonderful job trying their best to maintain order and fairness there and they truly have my respect.They are the only employees there that understands their job description.With that being said.Other than that.This place needs some serious turnover in more compliant and competent employees in their main office department.This courthouse is a disgrace!!!!
Working with Debbie in the Adoption Department and she is just wonderful and super helpful in trying to legally unit my family and do right by my girls, which will soon be my husband's girls too (legally). The whole situation is intimidating and scary and many things could go wrong, but she is making everything so easy and letting me know what could happen and if it does how we can keep going forward. AMAZING LADY!!!!
