Figure out Oklahoma probate
On April 17th, 2019, I contact the clerks office to pay for a ticket I received on 3/16/2019 for speeding on Highway US-281. After paying for the ticket, I was given a 5-digit receipt number and when I asked the clerk if I could be provided with a receipt, I was told no. I asked why and I was informed that “they don’t do that” to which I replied with “if you’re paying for something (service, product) there should be a receipt provided to show proper documentation.” I then asked if there was any way in which they could send me my receipt via email, to which I was told that “we don’t do that.” Of course, I ask to why that is not a service being provided and the response was that it takes to much of their time. Clearly the taxpayers have become an inconvenience for the people who’s livelihoods are being taken care of through taxpayer money. I asked to speak to the individuals supervisor due to their behavior and tone which began to become very unprofessional and discourteous, to which I was then put on hold. Approximately 30-seconds went by and the same individual picked up the phone to tell me her supervisor was not in. I then asked for thenindividuals name and the name of their supervisor to which they responded with hanging up on me. Ultimately, this individuals unprofessional behavior should not go unaccounted for, and clearly this individual is allowed to act in whatever manner they please. Lastly, this individual was very unprofessional, childish, discourteous and indolent. Sadly today we live in an age that a simple email would not take nothing more than a mere 2-3 minutes this person could not perform this task because it would require great exertion. I hope this review reaches this individual and her supervisor and changes their behavior and incompetence.
I came here to submit my passport paperwork, and the ladies upstairs were very friendly and prompt.
