The lady I spoke to today was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions.
I have used small claims where over the last several years where you could not get corporation customer service to resolve an issue. One example was an airline who made us buy a return ticket because my son did not have a visa and they said he could not board without a visa if he was staying past 90 days. This country did not require visas, but he had to be there the next day and they charged us $1200 for the ticket. American would not look up the information on the countries embassy website. After dealing with customer service for 2 months, we filed a small claims and got resolution just in time for his return flight 5 months later. The Clerks were very helpful.
Had a person parked in MY private drive way. Asked them to leave they would not. Even was patient for 1.5 hours while i was inside and a strager was parked in my drive way. Finally got mad and told him to get the F off my property. Called cops on him and they gave ME 4 disorderly conducts. 295$ each. One for telling him to leave and 3 others for calling the cop shop and asking about it. All were dropped by judge. You work for us don't forget that!
Very Rude and disrespectful! Sounded so put out to have to do the job our tax dollars are paying them to do.
How can a place answer the phone so little and have absolutely no knowledge of their job exist?
