I called asking about information about expungement of my misdemeanor, The girl who was nice gave me the information I needed After giving her my case number saying It was perfectly fine for me to get it both sealed or expunged and gave me navigation on the website that I needed to fill out the forms, After making a mistake on the forms and calling back the next day ANOTHER lady answered and said they're just clerks and have no idea about anything on the page or if we are able to see if I'm qualified for a expungement after so many years, she said she basically said she was clueless and that I need to hire a attorney to find out that kind of stuff and to get that kind of information. After that I told her that I spoke to another girl yesterday who told me that information already and told me info on the website, there was about 12 seconds of silence before she just repeated "We aren't attorneys, we are clerks, you'll have to get a attorney or do research online." SHE LIED TO ME TO RUSH TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE AFTER HOLDING FOR A HALF HOUR WE SPOKE FOR ABOUT A MINUTE~ she should be at least written up for not doing her job
New building looks nice but service is sloooooooooooooooooow I went in for a receipt and that took 30-40 mins. BIG TIP check in on the kiosk soon as you walk through the door if you have any business or fines you need to deal with. 10 stations maybe 4 cashiers tops smh
Yeah, I'm not going to give this place anything more than one star. You're the real criminals. You might THINK you're the saviors of Will County. But you're not. You're the scumbags of it.
The Judge that presided over my case falsely certified information in an order I was involved in. I have been trying to contact the court for nearly a month now and I keep getting blown off. I believe the false certification this judge is against law 735 ILCS 5/1-109.
