Figure out Pennsylvania probate
Washington County Clerk of Courts are out to just get money. I filed an appeal and then called in to cancel the appeal 5 mins after the fact. I was told I could not get my money back and that everything was processed. I was okay with this because I was assured by Frank that he would follow up with the magistrate and take care of the issue. As a result of that conversation, I never showed up to the hearing because I have to work and was assured that it had all been handled and that Frank had spoke with the Judges office, etc. Anyways, the judge found me guilty for a 5 mph over speeding ticket for the second time after I had already paid the same fine previously. Needless to say, Washington county is corrupt and expects single fathers who barely make over minimum wage to pay for fines that they already paid for. So much for protect and serve
