Service was excellent. Kudos to Warren County Clerk for taking the time to be HELPFUL! Taylor, the worker that assisted me, was extremely pleasant, professional and courteous. Thank you, David S.
Service is terrible, the custody battle between my dad and my mom has lasted for 2 years and is still going. But now me and my brothers part is done, the judge made it clear to my dad that he didnt have to pay my mom anymore after june, but something popped up in the mail that said that he needed to pay her for 33 more months because of her very low mental capacity and she couldn't get a job because of that level of capacity
CORRUPT JUDGES & MAGISTRATES. There's no excuse for this fraud to be present. No checks and balances. The decisions that are rendered come from an agenda that they have predetermined. They do not concern themselves of the welfare of children. although, that is the curtain they'll hide behind. DISGRACEFUL & some of the administrative staff are downright rude and unprofessional, acting as if you being there insults them. The State and Federal Government should investigate and clean out Warren County Domestic Relations Court. BEWARE
I filed a notice of delayed direct appeal with the Clerk of Court James Spaeth, and that notice was laid on the Judges desk for 2 weeks. I had called up the Clerks to inquire why the heck it was laying on the judges desk when it was required to been filed with the 12th District Court of Appeals. Presiding Judge Michael Gilb, was immediately alerted he had absolutely no discretion letting that appeal sit on his desk. He took his time, I alerted Ben Manning with the 12th Dist. and he was confused why the Judge had it laying on his desk. I informed James Spaeth what had occurred and he was dumbfounded as to why this was happening. In the meantime I filed a ethics complaint, and of course the Warren County Bar Association and Ohio Supreme Court refused to investigate. This Court is absolutely without authority to allow this to happen. I see a bunch of criminals working this Court, and as of the time of writing this review, 2 Prosecutors working inside this court have been tampering with evidence in relation to several criminal cases inside this Court, the Bar Association refuses to investigate, the Ohio Supreme Court refuses to investigate, the Judges don't care at all (Judge Timothy Tepe, Michael Gilb, James Flannery). This Court is a disgrace to the system of Justice we have in place now.
Unfortunately I gave a 2* this building is old, system old, website OLD... now I'm not from here but it is BEYOND difficult or a inconvenience to pay for a ticket for someone who is not from there! The people are nice and very friendly nothing against them... it is just that this honestly took a lot out of my time that I don't have to give.
