Figure out Georgia probate
I work in all the different courthouses in Georgia. I have not met the actual clerk. The two ladies that work in the office are probably the most unprofessional sloppy government workers I have ever dealt with. One has a baby that she cares for on the taxpayers dime. I will sit and wait ten minutes while she talks on her cell phone or messes with her child. That would be fine if she didn’t have the nastiest attitude towards most customers that try to conduct business in the courthouse. The other is loud and very sloppy. I heard gossip for ten minutes after one customer left the office. I would think our elected official does not know this goes on in her office.
The court clerk is a good communicator. And some judges behind the scenes are helpful. It would be beneficial to have staff that is empowered to help customers in the designated areas at all times and utilize electronic resources such as computer gmail's, faxes, scanners and cell phones. Office depot only charges .20 a copy. - .50 is excessive. Thanks for your help. The saga continues.
My son has never been in trouble a day in his life, I took him to vote for the first time when he turned 18 and they asked him if he was there for court, treated him like a suspect.
I have to call 5 times in a row to even get an answer. Documents that have been filed are NEVER mailed to us. I have to call and request a copy. . . . ALL THE TIME. They REFUSE to fax or email documents they have failed to mail. I have to drive from Chattanooga to LaFayette just to pick up 2 pages that could have been sent easily.
The Court Clerks are always very professional at the same time very helpful. Thank You!!
