Typically, I'm following my favorite auditors and then giving my 1-2 star rating for how they acted. But this one gets 4 stars because of Janice. She saved the day. She did everything on a professional level. What ever happened to lori is a shame. I hope she didn't get fired. She was just trying give a little push back and keeping James waiting. You get 4 stars because of the push back Janice saved it from going to 3 stars or lower.

Phillip is completely unprofessional and passive aggressive. Lori and the other lady were unprofessional as well. This place needs employees that know law. These people need to be educated. How did they even get the job? I don't care what Janice did. It doesn't make up for the others mistakes and until they're held accountable I don't want to hear it.

Lori And the blond with glasses are very unprofessional and the blond with glasses... She needs to realize she can’t talk to the public she chooses to serve the way she talks back to her mother . They both need jobs the dose not consist of handing the public especially on the tax payers dim. Kind courteous and professional people is Not Lori Salazar!
