My 5 star Review is based solely on the experience I've had with the traffic clerk Ms. Jeanine. Every time I've called Ms. Jeanine has given me Excellent customer service, which is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you so much Ms. Jeanine....keep up the great work! Please don't get me wrong..I am experiencing the same exact thing as everyone in all of the other reviews.. definitely was only going 80 but the officer claimed 90. Again my review is based on the experience I've received with the traffic clerk ONLY..
Let me guess, you were going 90mph in a 70mph zone? Aggressive latino security guards. Do not pay your $500 ticket online, the prosecutor is lenient. Don't bother showing up early, they don't work. Bring cash, because they charge extra if you use your creditcard. They don't allow cellphones in the courthouse, which is worrisome due to the UNUSUAL amount of similar speeding tickets issued. NO social distancing measures in place and many people do NOT wear masks. They'll steal your money and give you coronavirus. This courthouse needs to be investigated. Pregnant women wasn't offered anywhere to sit and they don't use the A/C. It was a hot and humid Corona-House.
This is the worst county in the state of Georgia. They are so money hungry, $700 for a ticket and don't accept payment plan. Be careful when you're going thru there on I-75.
If I could rate this county at a ZERO I would!!!! Not only have I paid some outrageous fine for speeding but then got another letter for additional fees? Over $700 dollars on a speeding ticket?! Seriously GA get your act together. What a Garbage State. I have to pay $700 dollars and they don’t if have a option to leave a voicemail. Unreal.
FALSELY ticketed superspeeding, no evidence at all, EXACTLY 90 on 70, $900 (3 hours ATL resident). 99% of the defendents were Latinos, Blacks, immigrants. When asked for evidence, nothing provided in the court, or clerks office or the precinct. They just gave me runaround, made me sit in the corner of the court until I was worn out, scared and paid it. SAD SAD SAD racism, profiling, witch hunt for money. It's scary, you could be jailed in those country jungles in the cold, and none would findout about you.
