The clerks in this office are unethical as can be. They make it as difficult as possible to file documents and even get necessary paperwork; however, Clinton L. Low Jr. Can walk in there and have Christine Peterson (same office as Ms. Robson in room 200) literally grab his parenting plan documents from him and fill it out for him because he grew up with Leah. So much for not being able to give legal advice. This office is an unethical disgrace to this county and to this country.
Called to ask which paperwork was necessary to extend probate and was told that they cannot give legal advice, and telling me what forms were required is legal advice. It's a form. It's required. How is that legal advice?
The system is broken for those who don't have the resources for an attorney.
We had questions about a relative’s will and the clerk was very nice to us. She told us what we needed to do and was very polite and helpful.
Had a few questions, and stood in the customer service line ; the lady that helped us twice was beyond rude and acted as if she was put out by helping us and let us know we were wrong a few times. I was already there filing a case that isn't a happy one an I wasn't in a foul mood ?! So why should the person whom works there an is supposed to help because that is their job , be so demeaning ? I haven't had to ever go to the court house before so unfortunately my first time was under difficult circumstances, an I was treated very poorly . Just baffles me !
