The staff in this office lack customer service and the office is ran poorly. They make up recording guidelines based on how they feel on a particular day. The management lack leadership skills. They don't have a 2.6 rating for no reason. The real estate department is ALWAYS behind.
The entire Richmond county system need to be fixed, and either hire new ppl or retrain the ones they have on what tax payers money pay for. Without tax payers they wouldn't even have jobs.
No one in the ticketing department is helpful. They overtalk and are rude as hell. Just spoke w/ some idiot who was supposedly a manager, whom was not helpful at all
Some of employees in the clerks office are very rude & nasty. It’s as if the customers/citizens of Richmond county are beneath them. They don’t value our time & sit around laughing & joking. Avis Beard should not be working with the public. She is very slow, rude & disrespectful.
I swear those women in the probate court are some of the rudest people I've ever come across. They are very dismissive and don't care about helping people. They are literally there for a paycheck.
