We’ve had two pleasant in-person experiences here. Passport renewal went smoothly & was the best in-person experience we’ve had. Employees were professional & courteous, and we had a short wait despite going late on a Friday afternoon. Our second experience was a tour of the courthouse & the court clerk did wonderful job. We’ve also had no issues getting forms & answers to our property tax questions. A smile and a courteous attitude go a long way in facilitating good customer service.
They will help you everyway possible as long as you are nice to them, it's one of those things if you want respect you have to give it!
Tried to get ahold of any of the Oklahoma numbers on line, and you can see why the state is full of idiots and has to make money by "seatbelt" tickets. Tried to call to pay and not only is their phone number on the citation "no longer in service", the one listen on the web does not answer or hangs up on you. There are no options to pay by phone or online. Bunch of Neanderthals. You deserve the backward, ignorant reputation you have in the rest of the country. Judging by your only other review, I was maybe lucky not to get a real person, as apparently you are all a bunch of rude ignoramuses (look it up)
