Tried to find results of brother's competence hearing. Filled out forms online. No results. Called help desk in law library. No one there. Finally after several tries, got a person. He told me not to put dashes in the case number. I did that and only got an outline of events, no information on appearances, orders, summons, etc. The person told me the outcome, but I and one other person connected with the court could only get an outline. He, as an insider could see the results. Really a backwater court system. What are they hiding from interested parties?
The website states their hours of operation are Monday through Friday. It is Monday and I have been calling throughout the day only to get a voice mail saying they are not available and to leave a message. No other number was offered. Surely they have more than one person working their or a backup receptionist. Very unprofessional.
