I had an appointment to get married here but forgot the marriage license. I called to ask if I could come late and they said sure, we aren't that busy. I came in 40 minutes late and an older black male guard tried to sign me in. It said my appointment was cancelled because we were late; he typed some things in and said this should get you up there. We were called within 10 mins. The lady, Pam, was so sweet. Basically, this place was great because it was fast, very few people were there, parking was plentiful and all the workers were nice. The downtown Orlando office takes at least 10 mins to get into due to security and the workers, although not rude, arent really friendly or helpful so Im willing to drive 30 mins to this courthouse in the future just to have fast and friendly service.
While I'm sure most people are not happy to be here in the first place, my Clerk of the Courts experience was pleasant enough. On a Tuesday, 20 minutes before closing, there was no line, no waiting. They provided very fast and friendly service. I have never had a very long wait any of the times I have come to this location. Update: April 2021: Once again, I experienced outstanding service, this time from Pam!! The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Keep up the great work!!
I've gone in there for different types of services and I've never waited past 30 minutes today I went in and there was no one in the lobby at all that's just my experience it's been pretty good and every one's been courteous and kind to me
Clay the manager is very very rude and unprofessional he's a very uncaring nasty guy I'll never ever visit this location again.
Just make an appointment and you will not have to wait long at all. I made an appointment for 1PM and was out by 1:20. The people working were very friendly and helpful, I feel like they get a bad rap because people are mad about paying for traffic tickets.
