The ladies in the Self Help Center were absolutely lovely. They saved me hundreds of dollars and months work with my name change. They are truly lovely humans.
Called to obtain information on their specification of filing a documents with the courts. Went through the automated system and right at the tail end, they said they were only available by phone from 8:00AM until 12:00PM and to visit the website. My question was not answered by the website, no option to leave a voicemail after it told me to visit the website, it just clicked off. Tried another department and all it suggested was the website. There wasn't even a receptionist to assist.
I understand you guys may be backed up due to operation green light. But here I am trying to get my license reinstated which has been suspended as of today thanks to you guys. Just because you are short staffed doesn't mean we have to suffer. I called a week ago. I couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone to get set up on a payment plan. I was trying to take care of this with time in advance. But now there is a problem. Now I can't drive. Something needs to be fixed here immediately.
TTIFFANY MOORE RUSSEL NEEDS TO BE VOTED OUT!!!! It is time for Tiffany Russel to be elected out of her position in 2025. Customer Service shouldn't be an issue coming from taxpayer employees. The employees are hired to work for and with the people; poor customer service should not be an issue. I will be like Stacy Abraham to assure that Mrs. Russell and Judges that have become complacent in the position be elected out. Debra should not be the first line of contact for the public, because she cannot engage in good customer service. I understand times everyone has bad days, however, I have spoken to Debra on 3 different days with the same unprofessionalism. I spoke to another representative, who was very pleasant and answered all my questions, and provided much-needed information (once I receive her name, I will update). I also spoke with LaTasha on 2 different days in which she has an outstanding personality and professionalism. I vote for Latasha to run for Tiffany Russel's position, she most definitely will have my vote.
Bad experience at this place. From the moment you enter the security people make you feel like a criminal, they make you take off everything you have on you and they make you put them in a small bucket that they give you, since you are in that process they are seeing you as with a face of contempt. I mean that the people who work here, excluding security are nice, I did not know which office to contact and they took great care of me. To go to this place be prepared to wait a long time to be served, the lines here are immense. The girl who served me was very professional and I loved the service she offered me (that's the only reason I don't give them a single star). If you go to this place be sure to bring your own hand sanitizer, there are no sanitation stations anywhere here. When I go out, it has one side to enter and another to exit, both with address stickers on the ground, the same security employees were walking against my sense, violating the security regulations due to COVID 19. Finally, if you go to this place you have to pay for parking, (unless you park in a nearby place and you can walk) the longer you are inside solving your papers on the other side they are charging you. Without a doubt, going to this place is the worst, there is no doubt.
