Quick and professional. Helped by Karrie both on the phone and at the counter, she was very pleasant.
The worst service all around. People sound as if you’re waisting their time. I’ve called numerous numbers to the clerks office and each time it sounds like they just woke up and answered the phone in the middle of the night. My apologies for calling and asking questions.
Horrible experience every single time I call. No one there ever seems like they want to even be there and they all are beyond rude , I would advise to get into a job where you don’t have to speak to people and provide customer service if you sound like you hate your job and company.
A victim of identity theft and other illegal activities against myself, my husband, and my children; I was formerly drugged, and my phone hacked. I was given a joke calendar with incorrect dates, and then my directions were obscured. No wonder I don't know what day it is, or where I am half the time! Tap my name above, and you will see just with this means to me.
I called to get quick general information. The first lady was rude, I asked to speak to someone else. The second person was even worse, and said mhm mhm twice & then hung up on me.
