Figure out Florida probate
All I wanted was the place and POC for homestead exemption. I called the Clerk of Courts office where the web site states you must go in person to file this. Oh no we don’t do that let me transfer you to Tax Collectors office. Oh no we don’t that let me transfer you to Property Appraiser’s office. Is it any wonder that the ratings are so low? At least in you OWN web site have correct information or in FAQ’s!!!
Worthless! There is no point in having anyone paid to answer the phone. They tell you to do your research when you ask a question!?! I am not asking for legal advise?? I am asking if another court date will be scheduled??
One of you can come in, the other can stand outside. We haven't even provided a cover if it rains. Public servants? I don"t think so. Boo on the lot of you.
"Brittany" could have cared less in answering my question. She kept saying she couldn't give legal advice. I was NOT asking for legal advice. I just wanted to know which form to use, so I wouldn't waste my time filling out the wrong dang form!! She was NOT helpful at all.
Emily is extremely rude, when I said I felt like she was getting frustrated with me when I’m completely new to the situation I was in and understandably have questions, she continued to be rude and I ended up hanging up on her because her attitude was horrendous. No sense in arguing with rude people that don’t care. She shouldn’t be woeking in customer service.
