She assisted my family in handling some complicated issues and making sure we took the correct steps to properly open the estate. She spent an hour with us, demonstrating endless patience, and answering every question we had and ones we didn't realize we had. My concerns starting my fathers estate were numerous. However as soon as I started communicating with Officer Wilford at the Register of Wills they all but vanished. Officer Wilford was courteous and supportive throughout the whole process. I have said this many times to her and here is one more. Thank You.

Good Morning Gina, We wanted to personally let you know that Traci L Henn was so helpful when we visited Register of Wills Office the end of February (twice). She went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything that was needed to request, secure and complete the proper documentation needed for my husband’s aunt who passed in late December. She was a delight to work with, answering questions and assisting us through the process to attain a “Small Estate Affidavit” and “Registering the Will”. It can be very confusing, but Traci made it easy, with her approach and follow through.
I had a great experience with the Register of Wills department. Mr. Martinez was so polite and very helpful throughout the entire probate process. I didn’t know what to expect having to go through this process for the first time and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. Friendly and informative customer service. Quick responses to emails and someone will return your voicemails if they do not answer when you call. It’s a difficult situation already when you lose a loved one, so I’m so grateful everyone I’ve encountered here was so kind and understanding.
