It is absolutely INSANE that in 2018 this court does not have it's common pleas docket online. Poorer and more rural counties in Ohio have been able to make this happen, given how old and inexpensive the technology is at this point, but Morrow County continues to lag behind for reasons unknown. Plenty of smaller and more rural counties have managed to do it, so there is simply no excuse. Your local government is letting you down.
Terribly unprofessional. I have called and called, and have left 3 voicemails over the course of several weeks, with no returned call. I can’t ever get an answer on the phone, nor does anyone call back. If I conducted my business this way, I would be without a job. I don’t understand how a government office gets away with this.
If you're willing to stand around and wait for a later to talk very slow and very low to you then this is the place to go but it's the only place to pay your water bill so you have no other choice
