I had to get my id but my birth certificate from Louisiana wasn't good enough. Thankfully I was able to get my id through my finger print. If not I would have to file a formal complaint with the states government
I needed my birth certificate ASAP and jerri was extremely helpful. With working a full time job I was unable to go physically pick it up so she and I communicated through voicemail and email and got it taken care of in less than a day. She’s awesome!
Line was long but the clerks here are awesome and we were in and out quickly. Very friendly and efficient.
Fastest, friendliest DMV experience ever. Everything was sanitary and distanced, no wait and great service.
Even with the current "Social Distancing" fiasco our country got itself into; the wait time was minimal. There are only five allowed in the hall at a time with the "Six Foot Rule" loosely in place. The limited staff on hand is doing a phenomenal job of quickly and efficiently processing customer information. Masks are recommend but not required👍👍.
