I have been trying to contact this place multiple times a day on different days, but no one can ever answer. It’s so frustrating because all I’m trying to do is make a payment arrangement for my fines, but no one can ever ANSWER the phone. 🙄
These people have the WORST customer service. I call because I have a question and the lady on the line is loud and talks to me like I'm stupid. IDK what's up with magistrate assistants but they are the worst at dealing with the public.
Colby Neal (Can't change my google name for 3 month span) Magistrate Pocius threatened to increase my bail if I didn't shut my mouth which slightly took my dignity after I acknowledge sitting in the courtroom and watching five people come in and get serviced before me and asked when I would be accommodated which is understandable Only one word can describe how much I despise that person and it is relevant to him not having my last name and I hope he sees this as he tries to maintain whatever facial expression he has on his face like he should have some kind of respect for himself as he made an example out of me for multiple reasons, probably related to his moral frustration of going a step too far one too many times Female clerks let it ring and dont pick up like they all do and male clerk was for the courthouse was the one giving me attitude like he was frustrated that I had more questions and that he was supposed to accommodate me and fill me in on what I need to do to file a lawsuit The trend of getting knelt needs to die off Neal
Bailiffs are very friendly and talkative to give directions on where you need to go. Staff is completely amazing and helpful when questions are asked. They work for you and do the best they can with what you present to them. You may not always like the answer that they give you but they really do their best for everyone.
I’ve had two cases here: One involving a car accident and the judge was more than fair. Another against our previous landlord which I believe was unfair. However, I’m aware that the laws here are not in favor tenants. Don’t bother pursuing any case for security deposits because most likely you won’t get a penny back even if you have proof to show that you deserve your deposit! Still, all the staff and officers in the building are friendly and helpful.
