Just wanna say thank you to Cayre, Stephanie and Linda! A great team and my experience was outstanding! Helpful, kind and very honest! The only truthful people I’ve dealt with since this entire process began 17 months ago.
I called trying to track down documents for my taxes. At first they said that if I sent an email and payment information, I could get the documents. I was impressed until I got a call back the next day and was told to find it myself.
Colby Neal (Can't change my google name for 3 month span) Magistrate Pocius threatened to increase my bail if I didn't shut my mouth which slightly took my dignity after I acknowledge sitting in the courtroom and watching five people come in and get serviced before me and asked when I would be accommodated which is understandable Only one word can describe how much I describe that person and it is relevant to him not having my last name and I hope he sees this as he tries to maintain whatever facial expression he has on his face like he should have some kind of respect for himself as he made an example out of me for multiple reasons, probably related to his moral frustration of going a step too far one too many times Female clerks let it ring and dont pick up like they all do and male clerk was for the courthouse was the one giving me attitude like he was frustrated that I had more questions and that he was supposed to accommodate me and fill me in on what I need to do to file a lawsuit The trend of getting knelt needs to die off Neal
Have had to get duplicate documents, handle an estate and other issues over the years and have found everyone to be helpful and respectful. At one point, when I needed some documents and I was told which area I needed to go to, one of the ladies told me that she was going that way and if I would wait, she would get them for me. Very nice people, from security to clerks.
Even though I had called at just two minutes before closing, the staff answered the phone and graciously answered my questions. Thank you all, and especially Jodi, for your patience, time, and help.
