We met a lady named Tonya today. She was nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helped our family in a professional manner. A very stressful situation was made better by her ability to navigate multiple forms. Much appreciated. Thank you.
Debbie! What a sweetheart! She was so helpful and kind! Went out of her way to go above and beyond! So quick and knowledgeable! What a wonderful experience and such a pleasure!!! I can not thank her more for her kindness and help today.
Just spoke with Allison on the phone, she took time to get me answers on amending a form.
The woman who answered the phone was the most helpful government employee I've ever encountered. Helped me look up numerous counties for my citation numbers. Above and beyond ma'am. Thank you!
Same as all the other reviews. I work in a law office and called regarding a client. They don't answer the phone and you don't go into a hold pattern for the next available clerk. The recording tells you to call back later. Who is going to know when you can call back. Also, if you call the main number, the options are traffic court, etc., etc., so if you hold for someone to pick up, they always say that's not the correct area and to call a different number. I talked to 3 different people and they all said the clerks who do traffic are all really busy. They need the hold pattern. They must not check their reviews to see how they can accommodate better, because it's been like this for a long time. Sad.
