Good luck getting them to answer the phone and if they do prepare yourself to deal with rude county employees. And if they tell you they're going to do something like send you a copy of your paid receipt just assume they're lying as you will never receive it.
I am trying to call the number in regards to a speeding ticket and no one is available to answer the phone. Is there another way to get in contact with them to pay the fine?
The advantage of a single lane in 33 West, give this county another model of New Rome, Ohio Traffic income opportunity! The locals know that very well, they typically will slow down forcing many out of state to speed over passing cars. The police is ready to jump in and giving you a speeding ticket! Unfortunate, this model is still legal!
The workers at this court are not friendly and show no desire to help individuals or businesses I traveled to this court just because that is what I like to do. I think court houses are beautiful. However this one is not. I heard a few conversations with people requesting help and a few phone conversations. I think they forget they are public servants and they house public records. What made me check out this court is I have a friend that filed a dispute. There is no one available to go to the common pleas court because of distance. Even though they are online they are missing the amount of the judgment lien which is required in order to verify all the information on the dispute. The clerk refused to fax the information to the company, they refused to give the $ amount over the phone, would not help them in any way shape or form and even told the company they were talking to they would need to make an appointment in order to look for records. This is the first time I have ever entered a court where the employees were so unhelpful, unwelcoming and seemed to make you feel as though you are bothering them. Go and visit and form your own opinion. This was just my experience at the time of my visit.
If I could give less than 1 star I would... Angie has got to have the worst attitude out of anyone I've ever spoken to. Beyond rude.
