Your service is less than inefficient. Shame on you for this service. Or NO SERVICE.
There are some great clerks, but some of them are really really slow and most if them know nothing about what is actually happening. They essentially just stamp staple and toss in a file. Don't ask them legal or process questions because they don't know and legally can't answer even if they did know
Don’t bother calling the number for child support information cause all you will get is attitude. Rude old lady answered and has no business working for the courts. Do better!
The tellers for the clerk of the court are very blunt & rude. I have never been able to get any helpful information out of them in regards to the mountains of paperwork I've had to work through for my divorce. If I have a question, they say "I can't answer that." However, I gave this court location 4 stars ONLY because of the amazing staff in the Law Library. I have gone to this court 4 times so far over the course of my divorce process. Each time, the staff in the Law Library are very helpful & they have given me all the information I've needed & answered all my questions with a positive attitude. If they don't know the answer, they ask someone else or utilize their computer resources. Keep it up! Your help is recognized & much appreciated!
Now I know why all those bad reviews, is true if you call for information (Dayana) give you attitude and yelling to you and after hang the phone! This is a court, so please of is true the calls are recording LISTEN THEM! And do something about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
