The very young lady was not nice, the guy down stairs was nice but in his cell phone the whole time!
To say I'm angry and upset and frustrated is a major understatement. Whoever signed the copy of my divorce decree (not the one the judge signed) spelled my maiden name wrong, and according to Social Security, my last name is Lods. Are you kidding me. I understand mistakes happen, and yes I should have looked at my copy before sending it off to Social Security. But that should not have happened in the first place. This is laziness at its finest. This happened back in October. It's almost March and my name is STILL not fixed. I don't really get irritated with places that often, but the Logan County Court Clerk took the icing off the cake for me. I'm just sorry that I HAD to go through the Court Clerk to finalize my divorce.
The laziest court clerk in all the counties. Or at least one of them. Will do everything possible to delay and sit around rather than pick up the phone and call. One of the most unprofessional and garbage clerks there is. Remember to vote Cheryl out of office next season, she's done nothing but drag this place even deeper into the pit.
Court Clerk talks to everyone like their idiots and if your a professional with a tattoo who is filing paperwork she will treat you like a criminal. I didn't realize how crappy the court clerk was in Logan county until I dealt with court clerk in Payne county, anyone who belittles others and talks to people in such a rude manner should not have a job dealing with the public. Lord forbid you ask the lady ANY questions lol literally she will not answer anything and will remind you that she is not lawyer, but when your job is to file paperwork that I'm paying for I think you should at least know what your doing.
