The Estate office is staffed with rude, cold, hateful employees. If I was asked about an attorney one time, I was asked 10 times. I felt threatened. I felt demeaned. All I walked away with was hurt and no documentation that I needed. I was spoken to and treated as if I was trying to commit a criminal act rather than just file a loved one's estate. What a horrible experience.
I had the need of three of our office’s , the estate , tax and cashier , I found all three to be a pleasurable experience , especially the estate office , not only nice and helpful but above what I had expected , thank you employees , I also might add the officers did and outstanding job , thank you all !!!
Wish I had taken photos. I know parking is a challenge. But we always find a space. This place is like stepping back in time. The hardwood floors are probably the original flooring. A special thanks to the Clerk of Court and the staff who is always helpful. We did not have to go to court. We just needed copies of documents.
On 5-22-19, I met with DA Adrian Hodges. Concerning someone else. Everyone was extremely courteous and very kind. I hope someone in the courthouse is monitoring this site.
This place ain't nothing but a money racket. The court is unjust, biased. Don't ever come through Lincoln County . send your money elsewhere or else they will get it from you. Steal it from you is the words I'm looking for. they need to demolish that building get rid of all the employees government cronies I say, rebuild a fresh Courthouse, vote in refreshing unbiased constitutional representatives of Lincoln County. The lawyers are also just as bad and worthless. I like to call them plea bargaining lawyers. whether you're innocent or guilty they don't care. The biggest money scam operation ever.
