My mom recently passed and I need to clear up some paperwork to sell the house. I was hoping the trust paperwork was filed as the attorney asked for it. I called and explained my story and wondered if she could run a search on her last name. The sett has didn’t produce anything so desperate I asked if f she could query the name of the trust. She told me no that if I wanted to do that I could do it myself online!!!!! I was shocked. I’m a City of Fort Myers home owner and voter. I will spread the word about this offices lack of professionalism and understanding.
I spoke with Stephanie today 03/11 and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She should be an ambassador on how customer service and care should be handled. She should also be recognized and promoted by leadership for the type of work she does. Thank you to her for helping me today.
