Tried to set up a payment plan for a fine I was given. Every time I was transferred the phone would tell me to call back at a later time and hang up on me. I have been trying for a few days now... I would think they would want there money.

Very BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Staff at the Clerks office unhelpful and willing to help! Corruption, cannot even Vote due to this. Just Awful, their computer system apparently has been hacked and my Personal Info is Incorrect.
The experience that I had on 7/20/20 was horrible. I drove an hour just to get to the official records department. I was told that if i went to the location off of bloxham, then the parking would be easier and i can get the NOC recorded the same day by one of the employees over the phone. She was aware that I was coming to record a notice of commencement. When I walked into the office, a different employee asked what my purpose was. When i told her that I wanted to record a NOC, she said that she was not taking me because someone else was ahead of me and she was not staying to help me. At this point in time it was 4:52. I even asked her if i could leave my document there with her and leave , but she refused again. I just think that this office is very backwards and unprofessional. If they dont provide service after 4:50 pm then they should state that somewhere or all of the employees should be informed of such, but the point is that they ARE supposed to provide service. I will be trying to lodge a more formal complaint as soon as possible.
