Worst judges around .....especially the new appointed family court commissioner. Should have never been moved from the public defender spot they held . Absolutley the worst. You have all the evidence in front of you and yet you still side with the beatoffs in this world . Its ok any new judge elected will beat this one by far. If you can folks stay away from this courtroom. The deadbeats will walk and you will leave frustrated as hell at a broke judiciary system. As for the other courtrooms the criminals are out on bond and back in jail and then released again . Like I said, broke system and worst judges around .
This was my first time filing court documents. The ladies were kind and patient. They answered my questions to the best of their ability and helped me understand where I needed to go and when. I have no complaints. From my experience, they did their jobs and did them well.
This place has awful customer service. I have moved to Washington state and been attempting to get a certified copy of my divorce decree for the soctal security office. I checked the website and following the information there, filled out the application with the $20 fee and sent it in. I received a non certified copy which no government agency will accept as legal. I called them to tell them I the issue and that I needed for them to send me the correct document. I was told that I had wanted a certified I had needed to send in $25 instead. Now they are demanding another $25 get the needed document for a total of $45. The website says nothing about requiring an additional $5 to get a certified copy. All it mentions is a verified copy and a $20 fee to receive it and and a $5.50 fee to have it sent back by certified mail. I did not need it to have it sent back certified mail. I have called them and never have gotten anyone and my calls goes directly to voice mail and no one calls me back. I have been working on this for over a month and still no document or phone call back. It should NOT BE THIS HARD. They have already received $20 for a document that is worthless for my need for a certified copy for Social security.
Clerks are great their. However somethings cannot be said for the rest of the judicial officials in the area as well as the state.
I have never had a problem with anyone when filing papers for court. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly and respectful.
