Thank you to the awesome judges down there! You guys did a great job for my hearing and another court date that I had to go too. Kudos kudos to you all for the great work you do.
Went to the court regarding a family matter. Was denied entry due to covid-19. They do not let anyone enter unless you are the one having court...is anyone having the same problem?
When a court system that has clear and precise evidence that harrassment has occurred and a restraining order is requested, then denied....then later given a hearing and still denied disgusts me. I am believing there is prejudice. It is clear the system is very sexist against men. If you are a man and dont have a lot of money, a good attorney, and/or connections to people within the court house, then do not expect a court official to look in your favor. Even if you prove or have proof of something that should be clear and cut evidence in your favor, do not expect the court to be honest and fair to follow the law. I have been screwed over every time I have had court cases here in Kandiyohi County. They always looked in favor of the ex's. The one time I had a restraining order granted against one of the ex's and an order to have my daughter returned to me, the ex did not give her to me, the ex was not found to be served the order, and so a hearing was issued. The date of the hearing my ex showed up to the hearing. If she was not served then how did she know that there was a hearing? If she knew there was a hearing then she knew there was a standing order granted and she was to return my daughter to me. The judge questioned it and then turned away from it and proceeded with the hearing. She basically admitted to knowing about it, fully withheld my daughter from me, and violated the official court order which means she should have been held in contempt of that order. Was she arrested and charged with that violation or crime? NO!! If the roles were reversed, they would not hesitate to arrest the man/father for violation. It goes to show what women can get away with in the court system. Very disgusting!!!
