I had a pleasant efficient phone call with them , rescheduling my hearing date.
Called to ask a few questions about a landlord tenant issue. The receptionist was completely and udderly rude and disrespectful over a simple question. Definitely not easy to deal with in a remote situation where I can’t go in and speak with someone about the matter!
I wish I could give a 0. These women are condescending and not interested in being of any service. I have gone in there dozens of times during my divorce process and EVERY TIME is as bad as the last. They are not allowed to give any advice, I understand that. But they only do the bare minimum.
The ladies that work here are so rude. We were getting passports and the lady that was rude and not helpful. This was our third time to come and they all were just as rude ever time. They walk off and not even tell you that you are done. They leave you standing there wondering if you should leave or what. Amanda Brogden was the little girls name. She was the one that helped us the most.
Not only are the people who work here rude, but also lazy. Twice now I've had to go back to court because someone didn't file my paperwork. In my opinion they should fire and replace the entire staff
