I've been to the Clerk's office, on several occasions, and they've been consistently great.
The Clerks Office has been very helpful and friendly. They walk you through what you need and are ready to assist. Beware the security at the entrance though. They are surprisingly rude. The first lady snipped at me just because I asked if she wanted me to send my coat through the conveyor belt (like they do at airports. It was a reasonable question) and she mocked me in her response! The next experience I had was a few minutes before closing and I'd barely gotten through the door and the guy said "we're closed" (this was before the 4pm closing time mind you) I responded I was just there to pick up a paper already printed for me and he said "It don't matter; we already closed up!" as I walked away, the kind older gentleman who'd been actually Professional both times started protesting in my behalf, but it was no use. Long story short, the clerks office is great, the security is the worst I've ever encountered!
