Still having issue as trying to contact them. Not going through as I called them. I know that I had court date but only time only I called and was told, "If Emergency, come in the building." I was very confused at the point and never heard of it. Not sure if anyone else have same experiences. Thank you.
Tried calling then several times today and yesterday. They do not answer their phones. I got this strange letter in the mail with a court date on 2/8/21. I hot the letter on the 2/16/21. If anyone has any information on how to get a hold of them. Please let me know. Thanks.
The. Hardin County Clerk office does not like to answer the telephone. They do not return emails. And they would like to keep you in their court system for the money. It is one thing for COVID-19, it is another situation for inconvenience for money.
Seen that I had a bench warrant tried to call rang and rang someone picked up and just hung up. Call and ring and ring...
They are not answering their phones, so you can not get any information before you come to an appointment that you had to schedule a month in advance. So now, appointment wasted, have to reschedule and try to find paperwork I spent 2 weeks calling to ask about. I honestly couldn't be more frustrated. This is the single worst government office I have ever had to deal with, and COVID or not, you could answer the phone. We can't wait to leave this state. It is abysmal as everyone not from here thinks it is.
