Corrupt judges. Lawyers allowed to write whatever they’d like against you after the trial is over even when none of it happened. They say the justice system isn’t fair and it’s definitely 100% true in this building.
Went in to get married. The lady who helped us was very sweet and walked us through the application. We were upset to find out that they no longer perform marriages though. I'm giving 3 stars because they don't have this fact listed anywhere on their website and all of the suggestions the lady gave us turned out to be dead ends.
Apparently human error is perfectly acceptable in this office and left for those who didn't make the mistake to fix it. Apparently customer service is of no importance. I would suggest if you have any important information you understand anything given to them is public information and there is NO regard for your privacy, that is exactly what I was told.
My fiancé and I went to get our marriage license. This day was the ONLY day that we could go because we both work and my fiancé works two jobs. We are doing everything with the wedding ourselves so we are crazy busy! We called ahead to make sure that we both had everything that we needed to bring. The lady on the phone told us what we needed, and said they would ask us a few questions and that it only took a few minutes. First of all, do you know how difficult it is to make it to a place that closes at 4:00 when you both work until 5:30 or 6:00 every day! So, me and my fiancé both had to leave work early to get there in time. We had to RUSH to get there and had to drive about 30 minutes from where we were. We arrived at about 3:45, got through security with no problems and went right up to the office. The lady at the office was VERY RUDE and didn't even get up from her chair. She refused to help us and said it was too late. She said we needed to be there at least 30-45 minutes ago. I couldn't believe it. They were still open for another 15 minutes! That would have been some very useful information to know BEFORE we both rushed to get there before they closed!!!! I was extremely disappointed, however we were able to find another day that my fiancé could leave a little early, so we tried it again. We got there a little earlier this time and the lady reluctantly helped us. IT LITERALLY ONLY TOOK 4 MINUTES FROM START TO FINISH! There is absolutely NO REASON why she couldn't have taken care of us the other day! She just didn't feel like it! Must be nice to have a government job where you get to leave on time every day exactly when the building closes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON'T CARE. ..AND IT SHOWS!!! ***However, the security officers are awesome! Very nice, very efficient...good job guys! ***
They do not answer their phone Two months solid trying. Their automated system does not work rude and disrespectful in person
