Figure out Georgia probate
Well I guess I had to give at least one star to make a comment but I really give Dougherty County Probate Court and Superior Court negative 5 stars. They were both very unpleasant and unprofessional to my daughter and me this morning. You both should be ashamed of yourselves! Thanks for NO HELP!
If I could give zero stars I would. Clerk Letesha Clinton gave wrongful information for filing a case. Totally wasted $74.00 on paperwork, when was about it, her excuse was "I ask certain questions," with an example of, when a husband tries to evict a wife, wrong example, because if they own the house maybe that is okay, but when you notice a very young lady asking for assistance - not the same situation applies perhaps a question of do you own the house will help determine the situation. Also states the reason she talks loud enough that other employees can hear her, that still doesn't make her right. The lady on the left of her condoned her foolish tactics, with "you were right," how so when the judge informed the young lady that she was in the wrong court and the case needed to be in civil court. After the fact she informs the young lady with, "yes you'll have to go to claims that is at the next window." The young lady then found out it's a $98.00 filing fee and concludes with more time lost from work.
