I had to file property documents during COVID-19. Debra gave me instructions that allowed the process to proceed by mail without a hitch. Thanks, lessened my workload.
If I could give the county clerk "Debra" no stars I would. I'm not from the area and I called to ask about reaching the village of Sidney DMV and/ or scheduling an appointment to go into the office during the coronavirus. She snarly stated "I don't know, I don't work for DMV". I don't think she knew anything to be honest, she was disgusted with her job and needed to retire. She does not have any phone etiquette and it is very unprofessional. It totally ruined my vibe, enough to make me want to write this review. I hope someone higher than 'Debra' ,the Delaware county clerk, sees this review and does something about the unpleasant experience I received today. I'm looking for a job haha! I'd love to take hers. In the end I still don't have any answers on whether or not I need an appointment, so I'll have to go to Sidney DMV to find out myself. Also, the website is unhelpful as it doesn't state if I need to make an appointment either.
