Figure out Alabama probate
it seems the probate court in the small town of fort payne, alabama has other priorities than representing the people in court such as not letting his staff know where he is on a court day, or going to a Rotary club meeting. and for elderly folks tied up in a case where a neighbor owes them money he doesn't have time and in fact by law is not suppose to to talk to any party regarding a pending or impending case unless all members of all parties including attorneys are present, but this did not happen this way this day 7-21-2015. In fact would this pass the smell test of the Bar considering all facts including that the Attorney representing the parties owing money had put this case off the first time due to him of all things forgetting to put it on his calendar, then after it was rescheduled the day before it was to take place we those who were owed money were told the Attorney for the other side was in Fl, he must have caught a very fast jet to get back so soon as at the very last minute the judge and one of the parties owing popped up and the court setting was rescheduled we who were owed money were called and placed in a very dire circumstance to except a partial payoff now this was under duress. I wonder if the judge knows what duress means?
