The people who work here do the minimum to help, they are very rude. I spoke to one person who hung up the call after I began asking follow up questions, then the next person who I spoke to after a few minutes of giving me general answers (in a rude manner), finally decided it was a good idea to ask for the case number (in my opinion this should be done first). I’m not sure sure if they know they work a desk job that doesn’t require much skill.
I too find the staff to be knowledgeable and courteous. While it is challenging for all during the pandemic, the clerk's office has been responsive to feedback about how to ensure best access to all, for both attorneys and people who are navigating without a lawyer.
I am in the middle of a divorce right now, and since I am unable to afford a lawyer, I have largely depended on the NWJP and the Superior Court clerks. They have gone above and beyond in helping me. I really appreciate their help and efforts! Thank you!
It is Not a parent's want Or wish to have a child in jail.. And I feel very appreciative about All the professional assistance and informative information that I received. Very honestly I enjoyed the respect and the help I did receive. So I may respond positive to the inmate visitations Especially when it's not a place I ever wanted to go. Again Thank you for the officers and the info And Help and Information. The experience was Not a nightmare or what I unknowingly thought would be discomforting. I Thank you again for the times I got to visit.. It brought family that for 15 years was not involved... Together. And a better relationship with all involved. The Judge I felt was exstreamly fair in the observation of circumstances and cases. I feel the inmate has a better chance of success and focussing on confidence in achievements and educational oportunitys in the right direction. A Pro- Possitive! Have a great holiday season, and God Bless!
