I call them and ask for help one lady tells me what class misdemeanor it is the other one tells me a different thing And says she don’t know what clas it is neither woman knows What the class it was labeled meant all they kept saying was To call a attorney and call them not very friendly and they started to get loud I just hung up because if I had did that they would take me in
I have a zoom court date and their website has zero information about how to access the meeting.
Have been calling for months to take a drivers test and they are constantly saying they are booked or give me 4 other excuses but yet I call every week and they are still booked
Useless... needs to stay open longer so that people can get things taken care of without having to take off work. We have to work to pay for that building and it’s services, so they could at least stay open until 6 on Fridays like Scott County does. The “website” also says it’s open the last Saturday of the month but came up there Jan 26 and it was closed.
Clerk very rude!!! She was not perfessional or helpful at all. One of her first words to me was don't give me attitude today because I am not in the mood for it. It's terrible that they have someone like her prepresenting them. She then had enough never to tell my son not to bring me back there. All I can say is if you give attitude to me from the get go, your getting it back.
